  65. HBR = Strike the note and bend up 1/2 step, then release the bend back to the original note. (Rapidly)
  66.       All three notes are tied, only the first note is struck.
  67. FBR = Same as above, but bend the note one whole step.
  68. PFB = Prebend the note one whole step.
  69. R   = Release a ben to the original note.
  70. A.H = Atrificial harmonic. The note is fretted normally and a harmonic is produced by adding the
  71.       edge of the tumb or the tip of the indexfinger of the right hand to the normal pick attack.
